Which bracket do people think is most suited to enhance sham twinks?
I know we get WF at 30 but I really enjoyed enhance sham 29 back in the day.Also.. does someone mind doing a 29 (also open to others) enhance BIS list?

@Blat Shamans get Windfury in the 39 bracket, and they also have access to 4.00 swing speed weapons after 30 (The Pacifier & Pendulum of Doom) so that seems like a no brainer
