Priests, don't forget to buff passersby with Fortitude!

It's a great way to make friends in Classic, get your name recognized, or just spread the great social atmosphere of Classic on your server
Many times you will join a dungeon group and recognize a name. Or see someone out in the world having trouble with a large pull or outnumbered in PvP, and remember their name and their good deeds and help them out. Pay it forward and show everyone why this game has the best community

Can't tell you how much I love doing this! Sometimes a fort buff can be the difference between life and death!
-
I can confirm this. Benefits both players in the end and you might meet them again.
The world seems very large at first, but is actually a very small place. Kuddos!
-
Always buffing and telling people who thank you to do the same. Can't remember how many times someone sniped me a intellect buff and I had to lookup who did it. Makes my day to receive those buffs.

If you rock up at a contested quest-spawn point, this is the best way to get others to let you take mobs. Works 100%
-
@Phayge damn right, always buffing people
-
It's actually true. I've noticed it's not that uncommon an occurrence for someone to end up helping you because you buffed them. Confirmed prudent use of mana.
-
I always buff people but then realise I have no mana left to kill the mob haha.
-
@Dan nice guy problems haha

this says everything about being aware of other people in the game, so easy to do and so much appreciated.
I tested a retail game macro for mouse over casting fortitude on other players while in the stress test. This didn't seem to work on private servers, so I'm assuming macro scripts changed quite a bit
