This method doesn't seem to have any great advantage over leveling with a VW, at least from 10-15, but it's very useful before you get a VW and it's fun. Might be useful at higher levels too? Haven't tested.

Really nice video explaining this. I would add some drain life in to the rotation, makes it less necessary to bandage or eat.
