You can definitely heal as feral. It's all about the gear. But it's a little harder cause of no ns. But the best combo depends entirely on your role.There's a lot of flexibility that druid can offer for what fits. It's far more about finding a miner/enchant combo

If you are horde just know that most warriors will prefer a shaman for windfury!
