Aside from the classics like World of Roguecraft and Grim: Total Annihilation, I always enjoyed Perklunt's semi-demented style.
His gameplay is solid for the time. I learned to consciously use terrain to jebait people from this video (specifically the fight with the Hunter starting at 1:55).
