Is there a way I could check my post (better said the replys on them) super fast?

One could think off a button that quickly show all the topics you post in or getting a email when someone post in a topic you posted in.

Hey man, I usually get notifications when someone responds to me. Do you not get those?
If you don't I'm sure there is an option in settings.
