A couple of theorycraft Q.s. UD priest starts w/ 4 more spirit than Troll. Does this make up for the Troll regent HP? Also, are any Warr health regen bonuses stackable/ scalable w/ Spirit?

Well for starters troll regen is in health IN combat regen.. which spirit doesn't affect at all.
