Warlock Race Guide Part 1

  • Video

Playing the classic beta gave me a lot of perspective on the warlock class in general. I found that picking a human warlock is not as bad as people make it out to be.

The point of this video is present to give my perspective and a more in-depth look at what race is the best for an alliance warlock.

This video was re-uploaded to correct some errors.

Also, this is part 1 of a 2 part series and will make a horde version when I have time.
Watch the end of the video for a special treat ;). Any feedback would be awesome! Thanks for watching and enjoy the video!

Humans are the way to go. The +5 Int that gnomes get is not worth having to be a gnome. Humans get the same plus to spirit which is usable by everyone, the better capital, and of course the best racial for early gearing, the reputation bonus. You end up saving a lot of money and time with human. Humans get the best jokes and look much better in the gear sets.

This content creator named Sugar Fluff made a video showing just how irrelevant that +5 int becomes at max level. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0k3dtb4kDI

My first toon ever was a gnome. I made it solely for the Int stat. I like to be able to get into and relate with my characters though. I can't roll female characters and I can't roll gnomes. Overtime, I've developed a disgust for the race. My alliance guilds usually have a no-gnome policy.
