Levelling guide only goes to level 12 & Step 25

Hello I tried the Tauren shaman levelling guide and they only show the first 25 pages -- up until level 12 or so; the description here says that it goes to level 60. What am I overlooking?
I also tried with the Tauren warrior - same problem. I tried both Firefox and Edge.

@Sockdolager Hi! Thanks for the feedback. The guide will be only available until level 15 for the stress test. The full guide will be available before launch. We will have all steps up to level 15 available before the launch of the stress test today
