Really like your show and in this episode I enjoyed the part about sharding where you guys actually have a different oppinion on a topic. I think it is important to really have a discussion on a wide variety of topics but most of the time you are all in the same boat and it becomes a bit too circlejerk for me.

Maybe invite some additional people to the show if you can foresee that you will all agree on the current topics.
