@Tiffany-Laymon exactly what I mentioned. Seems like it's always a level off. Not sure if private servers were wrong and that's what happened when making these.

Been running into alot of quest starting around level 30 that says to pickup but it's not for current level. Unsure if this has been addressed or not. This is also for Horde side
